We think the best way to clean carpets is to work with quality mixes and an up-to-date truck mount and drying system. That way, we use the least amount of water and remove the most stains.

Home carpet cleaning devices just don’t have the necessary power to pull out years of dirt and grime. They’ll often soak your carpets and force you to wait hours before re-entering the room. Professional carpet cleaners get in, remove stains, and get your carpets dry enough to walk on in an hour or less.

Regardless of popular belief, simply vacuuming your carpets does nothing for their long-term quality. We recommend you seek out professionals at least once a year to pull out those tough stains and dirt.

While we certainly appreciate the enthusiasm, vacuuming before we arrive is recommended, but not required. If we feel vacuuming is in order, we’re more than happy to provide vacuuming as part of our pre-treatment procedure.

After cleaning, your carpets should be dry enough to walk on, but won’t completely dry for a few more hours. We recommend waiting until the carpet is completely dry, and then vacuuming about twice a week to maintain quality.

It depends on how many rooms you have for us to clean! For 3 rooms, we’ll deep clean anything under 400 square feet. For 5 rooms, anything under 700 square feet.

Our entire process, from start to finish, should take no more than two hours for 3 rooms. We pride ourselves in fast, efficient service.

A completely dry carpet will take a few hours, and up to 24 in some cases with higher-pile carpets. After your carpets dry, you can go back to using them however you’d like!
